While stats were not available for the Minnesota game, Aberdeen freshman Katie McNeary started for the Jacks against Nebraska and took one shot.
McNeary and her SDSU teammates are picked to finish second in the Summit League. The coaches picked Oakland (Mich.) to win the league and Kansas City to finish third followed by North Dakota State, Fort Wayne, IUPUI, Western Illinois, South Dakota and Nebraska-Omaha.
The SDSU regular season begins at 7 p.m. Friday at Green Bay. The Jacks schedule:
