Pick: 5, Player: Justin Blackmon, Team: Jaguars, Position: WR, School: Oklahoma State, Blackmon won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top college receiver the past two seasons. The only other multiple winner is former Texas receiver Michael Crabtree, now with the 49ers.
