Confession: I may or may not have a girl crush on Santana.

Yes, I know she's a bit of a bully (okay, a huge bully!). Yes, I know she has a stank attitude. But that girl can saaang. And she's gorgeous, too!

In case you've been out of the loop, Mercedes, Santana and Brittany left New Directions for the Troubletones, which Santana has the three Fs: "Fierce. Femme. And phenomenal." Uhh...Santana, phenomenal begins with a 'p,' but we'll let it slide.

In an effort to get the two glee clubs accostumed to friendly competition, Mr. Schuester and Shelby introduce McKinley High's first ever mash-off...kind of like a diva-off, but with more people. For inspiration, Schu and Shelby sing a mash up of "You and I," featuring Lady Gage version (sung by Shelby) and the Eddie Rabbitt and Crystal Gale (who?) version (sung by Schu).

It's official. Shelby sings Gaga as good as, if not better than, Gaga sings Gaga (see: "Poker Face" season one). Speaking of Shelby, Puck, or shall I say, "Lion King Puck-fasa" is madly in love with the cougar as evident by his rendition of Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher." I mean, who can blame him? Shelby, like Schu, is totally a TILK (Teacher I'd Like to Kiss...what did you think I was going to say?!). I wish my high school had teachers who looked like them. Puck gives Shelby three reasons they should be together: "1. You're hot. 2. I'm hot. 3. Beth needs a dad." But I digress...

First the glee kids take it to the court. The dodge ball court, that is. Somehow they manage to simultaneously throw and dodge balls and perform acrobatics while singing a mash up of "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" and "One Way or Another." So talented they are.

When it comes time for the mash off, the New Directions choose a mash up of "You Make My Dreams come True" and "I Can Go For That." Meh. They've done better mash ups (see: "Umbrella/Singing in the Rain" season two). The Troubletones tackled Adele. When it was first announced they'd be taking on quite possibly one of the best singers of our generation, I was rightfully skeptical.

I mean, this is Adele, "she sings like banana cream pie when it sings," according to Brittany. But Santana and Mercedes killed it. Point blank period. I downloaded their version of "Rumor Has It/Someone Like You" as I was writing this post and listened to it on repeat. It was that good.

In other McKinley High News, Rachel withdrew her candidacy for student body president and encouraged everyone to vote for Kurt, who is campaigning for important issues, such as obesity and bullying. Brittany, however, promises to go topless on Tuesday.

And after Santana mouths off at Finn yet again, he calls her out for not coming out of the closet. As luck would have it, someone overheard it and long story short, now everyone is about to find out thanks to a campaign commercial from one of Sue's opponents (not Kurt's dad, Burt) in the congressional race. Uh-oh.

'Glee' Fun Fact: The Trouble Tones' Adele mash up was the 300th musical performance on 'Glee.' Bravo!

Friendly Reminder: 'Glee' is not new next week. Enjoy your Thanksgiving and I'll see you in two weeks!
