The Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford celebrates Martin Luther King Day with free admission for Hartford residents from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; the last tour is at 4:30 p.m. Next door, at the Stowe Center, admission is also free, with tours from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
