Recently disbarred Broward County lawyer, Scott Rovenger, 59, turned himself in at Broward Count Main Jail on a fraud charge. His attorney said he admits stealing about $1 million from clients and will plead guilty later this year. He expects to serve eight years in prison under a plea agreement with prosecutors.
