Recipe: Palm Ridge Reserve honey whiskey sour

1 ounce honey 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 egg white 2 ounces Palm Ridge Reserve Whiskey 1 Heat honey in a small container in the microwave for 45 seconds at high power. Stir in lemon juice until well mixed. Refrigerate until cold. 2 Dry shake the egg white in an empty shaker, to froth. Add whiskey and refrigerated honey lemon syrup. Fill halfway with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled, chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Makes 1 cocktail.
