Mark E. Freseman, 45, of North Palm Beach, was arrested Dec. 4, 2012 in Riviera Beach after police found a crack pipe in his pocket and cocaine and prescription pills in his vehicle, according to an arrest report. Freseman is a Palm Beach County Fire Rescue firefighter.
