Haiti prepares

The outer bands of Tropical Storm Isaac move over the community of Canaan outside Port-au-Prince, Haiti Friday Aug. 24, 2012. After the the 2010 earthquake tens of thousands of people left downtown Port-au-Prince for the barren hillsides outside the city where they set up tents and other flimsy structures which are unfit to weather a tropical storm. Food For The Poor has built more than 3,300 permanent two-room homes in Haiti since the earthquake.
