The squeaking wheel may get the oil, but the grinding wheel rim usually gets pulled over.
For nearly 3 miles, accused DUI driver Stephen Matthew Sisson drove on two flat tires with his rims scraping the road while repeatedly pausing for and then running red lights, while troopers and deputies tried to pull him over early Sunday, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports, quoting an arrest report filed in the case.
Shortly after being stopped, the 45-year-old Cooper City man reportedly registered a blood-alcohol concentration of .320 and .326 -- four times over the legal limit.
Sisson allegedly told the deputies that his mom gave him meds to treat alcoholism -- but he did not know the name of it.
