Edward Victor Williams, a three-time convicted felon who federal agents found with a bomb recipe, satanic writings and bizarre shrines on his Jackson County property, pleaded guilty in federal court this week to possessing an illegal gun. reports the Panama City News Herald.
Earlier this year Williams had a run-in with a game warden who noticed a high-powered rifle in William's truck. After an armed standoff, Williams surrendered and lawmen later found the rifle on his property -- along with ammunition, marijuana plants and several altars or shrines, the News-Herald reported.
The shrines featured baby dolls painted and mutilated to give the appearance they had been raped, burned and impaled, according tot the report.
