Cheney visit opens fund floodgates

This is art from Monday evening fundraiser at Broward County Convention Center, where the Vice President, Dick Cheney came to South Florida to campaign for Congressman Clay Shaw. The Girl Scout troop no 400, from Fort Lauderdale, presents the Vice President with a check for $1,000 for the children of Afghanistan, money they raised by selling American flags. Congressman Shaw, 2nd from left at top, to his right is Vice President Dick Cheney. Two of Shaw's granddaughters are in this scout troop.
