Coming in from Venezuela

<b>June 14, 2001</b>: A twin-engine Beechcraft King Air plane en route from Venezuela experiences engine trouble on its final approach into <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP017253" title="Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport" href="/topic/transportation/air-transportation/fort-lauderdale-hollywood-international-airport-ORCRP017253.topic">Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport</a> and crashes into a retaining wall on I-95's southbound exit ramp of Griffin Road. The co-pilot was killed and two others were seriously injured.
