Miami-Dade County's Art in Public Trust approved on Tuesday a proposal for a home run celebration feature in the new Marlins ballpark by pop artist <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEHST000838" title="Red Grooms" href="/topic/arts-culture/red-grooms-PEHST000838.topic">Red Grooms</a>. The piece, which is conceptual at this point, is to include at least one jumping Marlin and laser lights when a player hits a home run.
