Florida Governor Jeb Bush, signs into law the new state budget in Tallahassee, Fla. With Lt. Gov. Frank Brogan at his side. Bush said, "through the hard work of the Legislature, our state now has a balanced budget that will allow us to meet the needs of Floridians, while preserving the state's economic future."
