Spanish: Cafe Seville

Café Seville has been turning out the kind of Spanish food many of us have only experienced in Spain. And it was doing so before the multi-Latin small-plates explosion in South Florida. With devoted fans from Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, the menu features such tapas as chorizo sauteed in sherry and mussels simmered in garlic and wine. Paella is a must-have. The version here - filled with shrimp, scallops, calamari, mussels, clams, chicken, chorizo and pork - is worth the 25-minute wait. 2768 E Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, 954-565-1148; cafeseville.com Courtesy
