Fitness: At the gym, Brittany Oldehoff does a combination of circuit training and cardio workouts. She also takes supplements such as fish oil, glutamine and other amino acids to get her blood flowing.
Diet: She swears off red meat, instead opting for fish, chicken and her favorite healthy snack: avocados. "I stick to a diet high in protein and light carbs," she says.
Skin secrets: Oldehoff, who admits she had bad acne scarring, recently discovered hydrafacials. Although they can be pricey (one session can cost $100-$125), she says it's worth the expense.
