1 1/2 ounces Leblon Cachaça
6 basil leaves
1 ounce apple juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Slice of fresh ginger or a dash of ginger liqueur
Muddle the basil, ginger, and simple syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the apple juice and Leblon Cachaça. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
