Man accused of clogging police station toilet, flooding cell

Joshua Kozlowski, 29, of Elmwood Park was arrested March 17 after being accused of providing false information to a Chevy car dealership and then fleeing to a nearby bar with the keys to two cars for sale.

After being taken to the Jefferson Park District station, Kozlowski was charged with criminal damage to property, in addition to a misdemeanor offense, after he allegedly clogged a Jefferson Park police station cell toilet with mattress stuffing.
