Bears 14, Packers 13 (Nov. 7, 1999)

No win over the Packers topped the emotional pitch of the game at Lambeau Field six days after the death of Walter Payton. The Bears were mired in a 10-game losing streak to the Packers and were clutching a 14-13 lead late in the fourth. Brett Favre set up the Packers for a 28-yard field goal with 7 seconds remaining, only to watch Bears defensive tackle Bryan Robinson block the kick. Robinson later suggested Payton had given him a boost. "I can't jump that high," he said. --Jack M Silverstein
