The Government Shutdown

The United States Federal Government shut down from Oct. 1-16 because the divas in Congress couldn't come to an agreement about everyone's favorite topic: money. Hundreds of thousands of employees were furloughed, national parks and monuments were closed and after 16 days, the powers that be got over themselves and the bill was signed into law.
