<b>Cocktails</b><p>Avondale's <a href="http://chicago.metromix.com/venues/mmxchi-yusho-venue" target="_">Yusho</a> was one of the most-loved restaurants of 2012, thanks in no small part to beverage director Alex Bachman's cocktails, which will take center stage at Logan Square's <b>Billy Sunday</b> (3143 W. Logan Blvd). The 50-seat bar will open before the end of January and offer more than a dozen cocktails -- two of which will be carbonated tonics on draft -- as well as food former G.E.B. chef John Vermiglio dubbed "Midwest supper club." <b>Three Dots and a Dash</b>, the tiki bar headed up by Paul McGee (pictured) below <a href="http://chicago.metromix.com/venues/mmxchi-bub-city-venue" target="_">Bub City</a> (435 N. Clark St.), is expected to open by late February. In June or July, the Mercadito Hospitality crew and Tavernita chef Ryan Poli hope to debut <b>Tippling Hall</b>, serving comfort food and serious cocktails courtesy of their resident mixology  guys, the Tippling Brothers. Given its location in the former <a href="http://chicago.metromix.com/venues/mmxchi-hop-haus-venue" target="_">Hop Haus</a> space (646 N.
