The American Liver Foundation held its 13th Annual Flavors of Connecticut fundraiser April 1 at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington. The gala showcased 35 of Connecticut's premier restaurants and chefs who served a signature five-course meal. The gala's guest of honor was 10-year-old Christian Mercado.
