Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak at MGM Grand hosted a "Nose to Tail" dinearound Thursday night. The restaurant opened up in a cocktail style dinner, with pours from Hooker Brewery, Berkshire Distillery, and Peterson Vineyards. Dishes using just about every part of the pig were crafted for the casual event. The kitchen was also opened up for more desserts and dishes.
