Harford Friends School recently hosted its first "Dazzle and Denim" Dinner Dance.
Under the leadership of chair Dr. Teddy Marry Wray, the event raised more than $20,000, which will benefit every HFS student. Friends, parents, teachers, board of trustees members and many others spent a festive evening together at the Maryland Golf and Country Clubs to help raise funds for Harford Friends School. Everyone enjoyed a silent and live auction, a delicious dinner and dancing all evening to the electric sounds of local band "Don't Stop."
Maryland State Sen. Barry Glassman was the honorary chairman.
The presenting sponsor was Laurel Bush Family Dentistry, the diamond sponsor was Saxon's Diamond Centers, the gold sponsor was Kissinger Financial Services Inc., the silver sponsors were Dr. Charles Emely and Bill Kelly, the rhinestone sponsors were Utopia and Harford Heart and the sequin sponsor was STG Inc.
