Timothy Davis Sr. a retired Orlando police officer takes the stand. He was caught on camera shooting his son last year and is asking a judge to throw out his second-degree murder case at a hearing on Friday. Timothy Davis Sr. says he shot his son during an argument that escalated to violence. He will request immunity from prosecution under Florida¿s controversial ¿stand your ground¿ law at a hearing.
