Darden has been trying for a while and now has a clever "Beat Lunch Block" online campaign. Its Tampa-based rivals Bloomin Brands are rolling out lunch at Carrabbas and Outback Steakhouse. But lunch can be a tricky business for restaurants because it's not as busy and not as profitable.
