Physician Associates, Central Florida's largest physician group, has agreed to allow Orlando Health to purchase the practice for $50 million. The deal is done but for the details, said Dennis Buhring, practice administrator of Physician Associates, adding that if all goes as planned, the sale will be final Dec. 31.
