Pleads Guilty

Nesly Ciceron, 29, an alleged accomplice in the Ocoee witness killing apologies in court to Rafael Zaldivar,left, father, of Ocoee home invasion shooting victim Alex Zaldivar. Circeron pled guilty Wednesday, February 27, 2013 and agreed to testify against his co-defendants in trial. Circeron s charged with principal to murder. He is cooperating with police and told detectives the accused mastermind, Bessman Okafor, confessed to him the day after the shooting. This is the first plea in the murder case.
