My Best Shot -- Mount Fuji, Japan

While Scott Hunnel of <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100405010000" title="Clermont" href="/topic/us/florida/lake-county-%28florida%29/clermont-PLGEO100100405010000.topic">Clermont</a> was in Japan in late January-early February to participate in the Heart of Romance Celebration at the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100602011300" title="Tokyo (Japan)" href="/topic/international/japan/tokyo-%28japan%29-PLGEO100100602011300.topic">Tokyo</a> DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, he was able to capture a striking sunset view of Mount Fuji from the monorail stop at Tokyo Disney Resort. The Victoria &amp; Albert chef, one of about a haf-dozen from Disney parks invited to join the pre-Valentine's Day cooking event, got a day off to do a bit of sightseeing around Tokyo, including a tour of the Kikkoman Soy Factory. Sadly, the March 11 earthquake and tsunami caused some damage at Tokyo Disney, which closed until safety concerns could be resolved.
