A world of tastes and textures await guests at Walt Disney World's food and wine extravaganza. Delicious Discoveries is the theme of this year's fest, which runs from Oct. 1 through Nov. 14, 2010. Our Theme Park Rangers have been sampling American heirloom tomatoes with blue cheese, red onions and basil; steamed mussels with roasted garlic cream (left); and kimchi and roast pork lettuce wraps (right).
