Bradley Cooper, 'Guardians' cast visit Jimmy Kimmel

Bradley Cooper supplies only his voice to "Guardians of the Galaxy," but the actor will visit "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to help promote the new superhero movie.

Cooper, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista and Vin Diesel (he gives a voice performance, too) stop by Kimmel's show on Monday.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" airs at 11:35 p.m. on ABC (WFTV-Channel 9 locally).

The film's release is set for Aug. 1, although screenings start the night before.

Cooper supplies the voice or Rocket Raccoon, and preview audiences have applauded the actor's contributions. This is also the movie for which Pratt worked strenuously to get in top physical shape.

The Marvel Studios release depicts how a human pilot (Pratt) joins forces with alien bandits to save the galaxy. The trailer reveals that the  adventure is packed with special effects and familiar actors (Glenn Close, John C. Reilly, Michael Rooker). Diesel supplies the voice of Groot.

On Kimmel's show, the "Guardian" stars will discuss the movie and test their Marvel knowledge in a trivia contest against Mia Grace, a 5-year-old superhero expert from Albany, N.Y.
