The First New Stained Glass Windows In Over A Decade Are Installed At Westminster Abbey

LONDON, ENGLAND - MAY 21: Stained glass artist Helen Whittaker of Barley Studio in York puts finishing touches to one of the new stained glass windows in the 'Lady Chapel' at Westminster Abbey on May 21, 2013 in London, England. The panels, each comprising of more than 50 individual, handmade pieces of glass, are the first to be commissioned by the Abbey for more than a decade. The Abbey has announced plans to unveil the two new stained glass windows, which were designed by British artist, Hughie O'Donoghue, in the Chapel to mark the 60th anniversary of the Coronation of HM The Queen which will take place in the Abbey on June 4, 2013.
