Indian Gay rights protestors

Indian Gay rights protestors pose for a photograph during the Queer Azadi March in Mumbai. A demonstration was held in India's financial capital calling for the removal of article 377 of the Indian Penal Code, a British colonial-era provision in Indian law which prohibits "carnal intercourse against the order of nature," which activists say criminalises homosexuality, and the penalty for which is 10 years custodial sentence.
