Invasive species threaten Florida

The bullseye snakehead has made a home in Broward County and can't stand temperatures below 50 degrees. It caused alarm when first discovered there. Snakeheads were said to be aggressive, able to survive stagnant water and likely to outcompete other fish. Biologists soon learned the fish won't survive temperatures in Central Florida.
