The town’s housing division is seeking new applicants for its housing rehabilitation program, which assists income-eligible homeowners to make home repairs through low-interest loans.
Applicants are evaluated for eligibility based on income. For example, the income limit for a four- person household is $40,200. Home improvement projects may include housing code compliance repairs, hazardous material abatement, accessibility for persons with disabilities and energy efficiency improvements.
