Prank leads to suicide

After two Australian radio hosts prank called the British hospital treating Kate Middleton, Jacintha Saldanha, the nurse who answered the phone and transferred the call to a fellow nurse caring for the duchess, committed suicide.  Saldanha was a 43-year-old mother.  The radio hosts, shown here, publicly apologized on Dec. 10.  They have since been yanked from the air.
