Officers were patrolling in Muncie Friday night, arresting 13 people for illegal possession or transportation of alcohol. Police also issued several traffic citations.

Officers arrested a Lewisville man on five separate charges. Police said Cody A. Fellers, 20, tried to run from police. According to investigators, Fellers had a fake ID and marijuana.
