Specifically, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says he has been charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud, coercion and transporting across state lines for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.
According to court documents, in Huey-Dingle beat Woods several times during the drive in September, 2012 before police found her unresponsive on the side of I-65 in Jasper County. She was airlifted to the hospital where she later died.
Huey-Dingle told police she was a prostitute who had been beaten by an unknown man at a motel in Chicago.
According to Woods obituary, she lived in South Bend her whole life and graduated from Clay High School.
