Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies arrest a Warsaw man late Thursday night on allegedly breaking-in a local video store.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department detectives and undercover officers responded to the area of Center and Reed Streets last evening at approximately 10:00 p.m. after receiving an anonymous tip of a burglary suspect. Officers identified and located Nathan Scott Dimmock, 27, Warsaw, and took him into custody without incident. Dimmock had allegedly broken into the Video World business that is located on West Lake Street, Warsaw, on four different occasions in the last several weeks. While inside, Dimmock reportedly stole various vintage video games that were estimated at over $10,000. Dimmock was subsequently arrested and preliminarily charged with felony burglary to a business as well as felony theft. He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
