People in York County are chowing down to help entertain troops overseas. The "Buy Tunes for the Troops" fund raiser at Texas Roadhouse in Hanover is sending iTunes music cards to service members.

The restaurant is donating 10 percent of Sunday's food sales and selling special gift cards to raise money for the project.

"The troops say that they want new music, that's the biggest thing they've been asking for, so we're trying to help them out with that, Texas Roadhouse managing partner Adam Levine said. "They're there so that I can be here, doing what I want to do, and we greatly appreciate that."

The company has raised more than $100,000 so far, including $3,000 from the Hanover restaurant.

The goal is to put iTunes gift cards in 10,000 care packages for troops overseas.
