Schuylkill County Crash Kills Two People and Leaves One Person in Critical Condition
Eastern Pennsylvania authorities say a collision between two cars sent one of them rolling onto its roof and killed both occupants.

Chief Brian Johnson of West Penn Township police in Schuylkill County says a northbound car on Route 309 went out of control at about 3:30 a.m. Friday and hit a sedan head-on near the Lehigh County line.

The Schuylkill County coroner's office says the crash killed two 21-year-old men from northern Lehigh County, Nicholas Saltzer of

Germansville and John Schappell Jr. of New Tripoli. Johnson says the woman driving the sedan was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where she was listed in critical condition.
