Former State Rep. Brett Feese Faces Prison Time

On Friday morning, Former State Representative Brett Feese of Lycoming County was sentenced to serve upwards to 4-12 years in state prison, pay 25 thousand dollars in fines and one million dollars in restitution.

Feese was found guilty in the fall of 2011 for using 10 million dollar in tax payer money to be used for political campaigning. Dubbed the "Computergate" corruption scandal, Feese worked with a staff aide t to use computer equipment to aide in getting more Republican's voted into office.

Feese's attorney, Josh Loch said he will appeal the decision.  Meanwhile, Feese is expected to be back in court on February 28.
