Elizabethtown drug sting nets 20 warrants, 700 bags of heroin
Twenty warrants were served early Wednesday morning as part of a massive drug sting. The arrests are the culmination of a six-month long investigation in which State Police troopers and Elizabethtown Police Department officers went undercover and purchased illegal drugs from street level drug dealers.

In all, police seized four weapons (three handguns and one shotgun), 771 bags of heroin and over $1,400 in cash. Also seized were two vehicles which had been used by individuals who were dealing drugs.

The following individuals were sought on arrest warrants and have been charged as indicated:

Mike Consylman (20 yrs old/w/m) of Aberdeen Rd, Elizabethtown for two felony counts of Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Deliver. These offenses occurred within a school or other drug free zone. Bail was set at $10,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Consylman was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Benjamin Eshleman (27 yrs old/w/m) of Crescent Drive, Manheim for two felony counts of Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver. Eshleman's bail was set at $40,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Eshleman was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Abigail Fanus (27 yrs old/w/f) of Honeysuckle Court, Elizabethtown for one felony count of Possession of Dihydrocodeinone and Alprazolarm with Intent to Deliver. Fanus was released on $10,000 cash bail.

Jestin Gonse (20 yrs old/w/m) of Market Street, Elizabethtown for one felony count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. Gonse's bail was set at $5,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Gonse was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Lindsey Gruber (24 yrs old/w/f) of Creek Road, Elizabethtown for one felony count of Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver. Gruber's bail was set at $25,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Gruber was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Bradley Kotzmoyer (23 yrs old/w/m) of South Locust Street, Elizabethtown for one felony count of Possession of Psilocybin, a Schedule I substance, with Intent to Deliver. These charges date back to an incident from December of 2009. Kotzmoyer was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Jonathan Lauver (40 yrs old/w/m) of South Barbara Street, Mount Joy for one felony count of Possession of Oxycodone Hydrochloride tablets with Intent to Deliver. Lauver's bail was set at $10,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Lauver was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Thomas McKnight (34 yrs old/w/m) of East Park Street, Elizabethtown for two misdemeanor counts, one for Possession of Marijuana and the other for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. McKnight was released on $500 unsecured bail.

Matthew McNece (31 yrs old/w/m) of Oak Drive, Elizabethtown for one felony count of Possession of Dilaudid (hydomorphone hydrochloride) with Intent to Deliver. McNece was not located and a warrant exists for his arrest.

Ashlyne Meadeth (24 yrs old/w/f) of North Locust Street, Palmyra for one felony count of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver. Meadath's bail was set at $25,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Meadeth was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

Zachary Phelps (29 yrs old/w/m) of Elizabethtown for five felony counts of Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver. These offenses occurred within a school or other drug free zone. Phelps' bail was set at $100,000 cash bail. In lieu of bail Phelps was committed to Lancaster County Prison. Due to the events that occurred when Phelps was arrested, additional charges are pending.

Danielle Pfautz (30 yrs old/w/f) of Spruce Street , Steelton, for one felony count of Retail Theft stemming from the theft of gas from a Turkey Hill Store in February of 2012. Pfautz was taken into custody by Steelton Police Department and transported to Elizabethtown. Pfautz was released on $5,000 bail.

Nicholas Sumpman (18 yrs old/w/m) of East High Street, Elizabethtown, for one felony count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. This offense occurred within a school or other drug free zone. Sumpman was released on $10,000 bail.

Tara Young (30 yrs old/w/f) of South Market Street, Elizabethtown, for two felony counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, one count was for Tramadol, a Schedule IV controlled substance, and the other for amphetamine tablets, a Schedule II controlled substance. Tara Young was not located and a warrant exists for her arrest.
