Police are looking for a man caught by surveillance cameras brutally assaulting and possibly abducting a woman outside the LIRR Ronkonkoma station Sunday morning.

The incident occurred just after 7:40 a.m. when the woman got off the train. The man can be seen walking up to the woman and punching her, knocking her to the ground. She gets up and walks immediately to the nearby taxi office.

He followed her into the office and appeared to argue with her, before grabbing the woman by the arm and pulling her outside, where he punches her again.

According to witnesses, he then picked her up and put her in the back seat of a silver Nissan Altima, driving away in the direction of the Long Island Expressway.

Police describe the suspect as being between 25 and 30 years old, roughly 5'9" and weighing 185 to 210 lbs.
