OCEANSIDE, N.Y. (WPIX)—Two men on Long Island are under arrest on drug and weapon possession charges after Nassau County police found the body of a dead man inside their Oceanside home.
Police made the grisly discovery around 4 p.m. Saturday at the home located at 292 Perkins Ave. The man, whose identity has not been released, was reportedly found unconscious on a couch. An autopsy is scheduled in order to determine the exact cause of death.
Each of the men are being charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Joseph Defelice is facing additional charges, including four counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
Joseph and Michael Defelice were slated to be arraigned in District Court in Hempstead on Sunday.
