Two LI Moms Busted For Driving Drunk with Children in the Car
Two Long Island moms were busted Sunday morning and charged with Leandra's Law -- driving drunk with children in the car.

Deputy Sheriff Vincent Aparicio pulled over 27-year-old Alicia Spradley, of Quogue, after she cut off another car while driving her black Nissan Maxima on Sunrise Highway between exits 62 and 63.

Spradley reportedly appeared to be intoxicated behind the wheel. Authorities say Rebecca Sullivan and her two children, ages 5 and 7, were also in the car.

The women admitted to police they had been out drinking for the night and stopped to pick up Sullivan's children on the way home.

Spradley, who was driving her friend's car, told police, "she wasn't messed up." However, the Sherrif's department says Spradley blew a .10 -- ultimately failing a breath test.

Spradley and Sullivan were both arrested at the scene on multiple charges, including aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
