Shocking video has surfaced in connection with an apparent hate crime that has left an openly gay man from Queens in a medically induced coma.

In the video, you can see the two attackers beat 49-year-old Jack Price as he was leaving a 24-hour corner deli near his home on College Point Blvd. The suspects reportedly taunted Price and hurled anti-gay slurs at him before assaulting him.

One of the suspects - identified as 26-year-old Daniel Aleman - was arrested Sunday and charged with assault and aggravated assault as a hate crime.

Police are still on the hunt for a second suspect identified as Daniel Rodriguez, 21, of College Point.

City Council speaker Christine Quinn - an out lesbian - spoke at a press conference Monday and voiced her concern over the incident.

"I know the Queens community is outraged that hate has tainted their streets, and I know they will join with us in helping the local authorities find the second suspect," said Quinn in a statement. "I applaud the NYPD for taking swift action on this case, and I know they will continue their efforts until justice is served."

Price remains in critical but stable condition at New York hospital.

The New York Police Department's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating the incident.
