The mother of that disabled girl found dead in her home, just hours before she was supposed to be a flower girl in her cousin's wedding, has been charged with her death, officially.

Veronica Cirella, 30, was arraigned from a hospital bed in Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow. The charge: manslaughter.

Authorities say Julie Cirella, 8, had a violent, allergic reaction to something she ate, and her mother did nothing to stop it. The little girl was suffering from cerebral palsy.

Investigators say police found Cirella Saturday afternoon in the basement of her Plainview home, a cord around her neck with Julie next to her on a mattress. Cops found a suicide note nearby.

Police are still unraveling the details of the case.
