The crackle of gunfire in New York continues. In a time span of just under 40 minutes, four people were wounded in three different boroughs.
The shootings went down in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
At 1 a.m., police said an unidentified man was shot in the neck at Nostrand Avenue and Avenue D. He was rushed to Kings County Medical Center. His condition was not released.
At 1:30 a.m., a 36-year-old man was shot twice at Trinity Avenue and 156th Street in the Bronx. He was transported to Lincoln Hospital.
Then, at 1:35 a.m., a 15-year-old girl suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and a 28-year-old man was shot in the back right next to Springfield High School in Springfield Gardens, Queens.
So this totals to four people shot in three shootings in three boroughs in about 35 minutes. The senseless gun violence continues.
