MANHATTAN BEACH, NY (PIX11)—Police are looking for two young men who were caught on camera after they stabbed a 9-year-old boy as he walked with his grandmother early Wednesday evening.
The suspects -- both described as black males, 14 - 18 years old -- approached the boy just before 6 p.m. as he walked near 1401 Emmons Ave. in the Manhattan Beach section of Brooklyn.
One of the suspects plunged "an unknown object" into the boy's stomach before both ran away, police said.
The boy was treated at Lutheran Hospital before being released.
Police are hunting for the suspects one is described as being 5'11", 180 lbs., wearing a white hooded jacket, dark pants and dark shoes. The second suspect is 5'2", 150 lbs., and was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes with white socks and a backpack.
